- Third-country nationals, both vulnerable and not vulnerable, except the cases listed below
THE FOLLOWING MIGRANTS CANNOT GET ACCESS TO THE ASSISTED VOLUNTARY RETURN AND REINTEGRATION MEASURE:
- The EU nationals;
- Those migrants, who already benefited from the assisted voluntary return programs;
- Those migrants, for whom grounds for exclusions apply, according to Art. 14 ter, par.5 of the Legislative Decree N. 286 dd. July 25th 1998
